Double-Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake
he term “pumpkin cheesecake” is pretty good all by itself. When I found this Double-Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake recipe on The Girl Who Ate Everything, I knew I had found a winner. This is a deliciously rich recipe, and you can actually see the different layers in it. The effect is quite nice. The first layer is cheesecake, of course, the second is pumpkin. I like to serve mine with vanilla ice cream, but the recipe suggests whipped cream. Either will work! I do recommend using fresh whipped cream if you choose it, as the frozen kind doesn’t taste quite as nicely. Want to follow along with this great recipe?
